Bread and Badger pint glasses, $15 each, etched with zombies, robot dinosaurs and other whimsical designs by Portlander Amanda Siska.

I completely forgot to share this when it happened! We were featured in Portland’s own Willamette Week gift guide for last-minute shoppers on Dec. 15th. Unfortunately, the article didn’t get published until after our holiday shipping deadline, so we had to direct shoppers to the variety of local shops that carry our glassware.

The glass pictured on the left is our Zombie Apocalypse pint glass, and the one of the right is actually our Robo-Dino pint glass collaboration with Mary Kelly of Lollytots, except that it’s facing backwards to you can’t see the design. :(

This is one of the most exciting press features we’ve had so far, and I still haven’t seen the tv spot! The lovely HGTV folks are supposed to be sending me a dvd of the episode, but I don’t know if it’ll ever get to me.

The HGTV cable channel ran a special holiday episode featuring handmade gift ideas from Etsy.com. Our mustache rocks glasses were lucky enough to appear on the show, which aired throughout Nov. and Dec., and in the HGTV shop. As soon as I can find some footage from the show, I’ll post it here!

I finally caught a glimpse of our famous Mustache Pint Glass in the Real Simple Holiday Gift Guide 2010 on their website! I knew it was out in the magazine, but I haven’t been able to get my hands on a copy yet. I don’t think it’s reached newsstands on the west coast. They even did a nice job photographing it!

Tip it to take a sip, and voila! it looks as if you’re sporting a handlebar mustache. Great for anyone with a sense of humor or a lack of facial hair.

A week ago, we got a very special visit to our home studio from Lonnie of World of Good by ebay. She was learning about members of Trillium Artisans, and we were honored to show her around! Here’s the article she wrote about her visit:
