Orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually the next day after ordering. Some items are made-to-order, so there may be a few days delay in shipping.
All glass pieces are etched by hand using a high-speed rotary tool and diamond burrs. A design is drawn onto the glass and then engraved by hand, one stroke at a time. This gives each item a bit of personality and character.
