Shipping All items are shipped First Class or Priority Mail (based on weight) through the USPS. If you require rush-shipping, please email me before you order to make sure items will be available for immediate delivery, and to get shipping costs. Most items are shipped within a few days, but please allow up to three weeks for delivery, and up to six weeks for special or large orders. Return Policy Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered, return your purchase within ten days to recieve an exchange, credit or refund (except custom-made or personalized items). Please package glass items carefully as they are very fragile! We are unable to refund shipping charges. Wholesale and Custom Orders A 50% deposit is required in advance for all special orders. Wholesale prices and minimums are based on the items you are ordering. Contact us for a quote. We do not manufacture any glass items ourselves, so availability of colors and quantities is limited to what we can find. If you would like to provide your own glass items, we would be happy to etch them for you as long as you accept the possibility of human error. We will not etch anything excessively valuable (like a family heirloom or Tiffany vase) at this time, as there is always the chance for human error and Amanda doesn't want to be responsible for ruining anything irreplaceable.
