A printable copy of your gift certificate will be emailed to you when we process your order (this typically takes less than 24 hrs). You can request a paper certificate be mailed to you or the recipient, if you'd like.
If you'd like it to be "From" a different name than your billing name, just include that in the "Special Instructions" field of the cart.
To redeem a gift certificate, simply enter the voucher# from the certificate into the "Gift Voucher" field of the shopping cart (at the very bottom). Don't confuse it with the "Discount coupon" field, which is for different types of promotional coupons. Click the "recalculate" button if the discount is not automatically applied.
